It’s school holidays and the overwhelm is the real deal. What happens when we are split between all the things and all the things and more? We turned up and recorded a podcast for you, in all the messy ways. In this episode Jill and Linda chat in between all the things and talk about:
- Fluctuating energies, whether it be because of hormones, parenting, work, weather, and unpredictability in our lives.
- Multitasking - do we think it’s possible? Is it good for our brains? Are we lying to ourselves to think that we can do it like we want to?
- Time management and length of how long things ‘really’ take to get done when our bandwidth is off.
- Compromises and interruptions – do we need to say any more?
- How splitting ourselves is sometimes the reality and turning up still necessary.
- How does split attention reflect on our priorities?
